Here, we have collected all the yearbook-related forms and files anyone might need. All documents are in PDF format, which most computers can read. If yours does not, download the free reader here. Click on the icon above to download the document you want.

For an explanation of what is in each of the files shown above, check out the descriptions below:

Yearbook Staff Application: Those who wish to serve on the yearbook staff must complete this form and turn it in to Mr. Roller in room 109.  Applications are typically taken in late February through March.

Senior Ad Info:  This download contains all the forms needed to place an ad in this year’s yearbook.  Read, fill out, and mail in the appropriate forms to Lowcountry Yearbook Solutions in order to get your message in the yearbook. Ad deadlines typically run October through December, with discounts for those ordering early.  Get your ad in early and save!

Senior Info Sheet: This form is generally given to seniors in late August. It has information about deadlines on submitting baby pictures, senior quotes, activities, and senior pictures.  This form is filled out and turned in generally around the middle of September.

Friendship Ad Info:  The brochure provides all the information students need to order friendship ads. This information needs to be completed and brought to Mr. Roller in room 109 along with all ad materials (photos, text, etc.). Deadline for turning in friendship ads is November 1.

Ad Sizes Template: This document contains a template showing the ad sizes and dimensions; the sizes shown are valid for business, senior, or friendship ads.

Website Ad Info:  This document explains what is offered to advertisers on this website and includes a price sheet and order form.  Also, it is a good idea to read the information posted here.
